By accessing and using the services provided by Provide WiFi ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Provide WiFi offers mobile WiFi solutions for events, construction sites, field operations, and other temporary connectivity needs. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Mobile WiFi equipment rental and deployment
• Network design and configuration
• On-site technical support
• 24/7 monitoring and maintenance
• Consultation and planning services

3. Service Agreements

All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement or contract. The terms of that agreement will govern the specific services provided. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, network outages, equipment failures, or acts of nature.

6. Equipment Use and Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of equipment provided. Damage to equipment due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification may result in additional charges. Equipment must be returned in the condition it was received, normal wear and tear excepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provide WiFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on this website and in our services are the property of Provide WiFi or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the services, to understand our practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
